Learning Styles Survey

I am a Tactile/Kinesthetic Learner. I feel like this describes me pretty well. I learn better if I can figure something out for myself rather than be told, or shown. I have to be doing something with my hands to pay attention. Sometimes, I even have to doodle while a teacher is speaking to keep my mind focused. In lectures, I have to keep notes in order to pay attention. The more I practice something, the better I know it. I always have to be doing something with my hands.

The survey recommended I try things will studying or learning that I already do. It was a pretty accurate description of my learning style. I was not surprised by the response I got. I learn best experiencing things, and trying things out, for myself.
